What results have you experienced since joining Great West Fitness: “I have lost 25lbs, have more energy and am in a much better fitness state than when I started. I enjoy my workouts and can tell by my energy drain when I miss them. I use to have a lot of knee joint pain but have built the supporting Muscles and now I’m seldom bothered by it.”
