The Comp Fitness Assessment will establish your most effective training approach. The session begins with a health history and lifestyle questionnaire followed by a full body postural and movement analysis. This scientific approach looks for any imbalances that may exist and allows us to determine which exercises you need to incorporate to strengthen or stretch to avoid any over training. Failing to assess is only a guess. Together we can take you down the right road and avoid any unnecessary injuries brought on by lack of knowledge!
